When I tested the game it wouldn't respawn to the checkpoint. Then when I tried fixing the script it doesn't say "Stage 2". I have no idea what I'm doing wrong

I have always wanted to script, but I could never grasp some concepts. Perhaps I was young however after learning a bit of Python I thought I wanted to maybe try Lua again.

hey just as a tip, i would recommend using task.wait() over wait() as task.wait() yields the script while wait() pauses the script. if you don't know what i mean yielding allows other things to happen in the script at the same time and also avoids breaking the event loop (thats the reason the game crashes if you don't put a wait in your while True / forever loop). its not just that task.wait() is better but your also more recommended to use that more, as wait() has been considered depricated.
